There exists a game called "scopa" originating from the bay of Naples sometime during the 15th century. From that origin various graphic versions were created and each region developed its own version. "Carte d'Italia 1861" intends to design a set of cards capable of encompassing the graphic history of the italian playing cards and at the same time unifying them with a simple trait. This led me to have a stylized design capable, thanks to its simplicity, to unite all regions.
